Website Quote Requests
Submitting a quote request through our website is an inquiry only. A quote request does not confirm pricing, availability, or a booking, and it does not create a contract. Project scope, pricing, scheduling, and any other terms are agreed separately, in writing or by direct communication, before any work begins.
You agree to provide accurate and truthful information when submitting a request. You are responsible for the contact details you provide.
SMS Customer Communications Program
Our SMS program is called Snook Construction Customer Communications. We use text messages only for:
- Responding to your quote requests.
- Answering questions about your project details.
- Following up on estimates.
- Scheduling and coordinating your project.
- Requesting an honest Google review after completed work.
Age requirement: You must be 18 years of age or older to use this SMS service.
We do not use SMS for promotional offers, discounts, unsolicited marketing, automated quote acknowledgments, or missed-call text-back messages.
Voluntary Enrollment & Message Frequency
Enrollment in SMS communications is voluntary and is not a condition of requesting a quote or purchasing services. You choose whether to agree by checking (or not checking) the consent box on our quote form, and providing a phone number alone does not enroll you in SMS.
Message frequency varies according to your inquiry and project. You may receive several messages while we respond to your request and coordinate your project, and fewer or none once it is complete.
Message and data rates may apply for any SMS you receive.
Opt-Out and Help
You can opt out of SMS at any time by replying STOP to any message from us. You may receive an opt-out confirmation, after which we will send no further SMS messages unless you opt in again.
